Troy goes above and beyond. Even with glitches not expected, he has good contractors out immediately to evaluate what needs to be done. The bonus is the contractors are good and appropriately priced. Another thing he did was remove some items I was unable to remove easily. He willingly went out and sacrificed his back, so I wouldn't have to hurt myself.
